A mathematical model in the process of hot rolling strip was developed according to the technological process of hot rolling in PZH Steel.The calculated values from the model are good agreement with measured ones, in temperature difference≤±15℃.Influence of rolling speed, rolling rhythm, rolling pass and reheating temperatures on finishing temperatures of hot rolled plates is analyzed quantitatively by means of the model.The technological measures of increasing finishing temperature of hot rolled plates are presented on the basis of it.Through the practically industrial production, it could meet the requirements of cold rolled deep-drawing sheets, especial ultra-low carbon interstitial free steel sheets for high finishing temperature.
