Effect of Friction Stir Processing on Properties of Titanium Alloy for Automobile

摘要: 研究了汽车用钛合金在搅拌摩擦加工不同工艺参数下的组织、力学性能和耐磨损性能。结果表明:经搅拌摩擦加工后的汽车用钛合金较搅拌摩擦加工前的显微组织晶粒更细小、均匀,抗拉强度、屈服强度增大,断后伸长率减小,力学性能和耐磨损性能均得到了提升。汽车用钛合金的工艺优选为搅拌摩擦加工后。Abstract: The microstructure,mechanical properties and wear resistance of automotive titanium alloy at different friction stir processing parameters were studied.The results show that compared with those of titanium alloy before friction stir processing,the crystalline grains of the automobile titanium alloy after friction stir processing is finer and more uniform,and its tensile strength,yield strength increases,elongation after fracture decreases,with mechanical properties and wear resistance of the alloy improved.
