STUDY ON MELTING TEMPERATURE AND VISCOSITY OF Al2O3-CaO BASE PRE-MOLTEN REFINING SLAG

摘要: 利用二次回归正交法研究了含SrO的Al2O3-CaO型预熔精炼渣的熔化温度和粘度。回归出了具有高显著性的数学模型,分析讨论了单因素和双因素对本渣系物理性质的影响,得到了各组分的最佳含量值(8%SiO2,7%MgO,6%SrO,5%CaF2,Al2O3/CaO=0.8),为今后进一步研究和生产实践提供了理论依据。Abstract: The melting temperature and viscosity of Al2O3-CaO base pre-molten refining slag containing SrO was studied by means of quadratic orthogonally regression. A mathematical model having high significance was founded. The effects of single factor and two factors on the physical properties of refining slag were discussed. The optimal value of each composition is respectively 8%SiO2,7%MgO,6%SrO,5%CaF2,Al2O3/CaO=0.8, and this result is a theoretical support for further study.
