Research on Low-temperature Chlorination Process of Pangang Carbonized Slag

摘要: 对攀钢高钛型高炉渣"高温碳化-低温选择性氯化"工艺中低温选择性氯化部分进行了研究,并在自行设计的Ø100 mm连续式沸腾氯化装置上考察了连续加料、连续排渣条件下氯化温度、停留时间、气流速度、氯气浓度对碳化渣中TiC氯化率的影响规律,并获得了较佳的工艺参数,为下一步的扩大试验奠定了基础。Abstract: The low-temperature chlorination process of the Pangang carbonized slag is researched;and the effect of different chlorination temperatures,residence time,air velocity and chlorine concentration under continuous feeding and continuous slagging on the TiC chlorination rate is studied through the self-designed Ø100 mm continuous fluidizing chlorination equipment.As a result,favorable process parameters are obtained,which paves the way for further enlarged experiments.
