EFFECT OF LOW FINISHING TEMPERATURE ON DEEP-DRAWING PROPERTIES OF St15 COLD ROLLED SHEET AND APPLICATION OF “1+3” ROUGH ROLLING PROCESS

摘要: 分析了低终轧温度对冷轧冲压钢板(St15)成品深冲性能的影响。提出了采用“1+3”粗轧工艺,经理论计算和现场试验,解决了冷轧深冲钢板在热轧时终轧温度偏低的问题。试验结果表明:粗轧出口温度提高80℃左右,终轧温度提高37℃左右,并且粗轧机的电机、主传动能力能够适应1+3方式轧制。Abstract: Effect of low finishing temperature on deep-drawing properties of cold rolled deep-drawing sheet(St15)is analyzed and the application of “1+3” rough rolling process is presented.In accordance with theoretical calculation and site experiments,the problem of low finishing temperature in the process of hot rolling strip used for cold rolled deep-drawing sheet has been solved.It is included that exit temperature at roughing mill is increased by about 80℃ and finishing temperature about 37℃.Electric motor and main drive capability of roughing train are suitable for “1+3” rough rolling process.
