STE355钢焊接热模拟回火组织研究
THE TEMPERING MICROSTRUCTURES IN STE355 STEELS AFTER SIMULATED WELD THERMAL CYCLE

摘要: 研究了焊后回火工艺(主要是同火温度)对STE355钢焊接组织的影响。采用1320℃的峰值温度分别对试样进行单道和多道焊接热模拟,然后在500~620℃的温度范围回火1.5h;用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察了焊后冷速不同的试样在不同温度回火后的显微组织变化,尤其是粒贝及M-A组元的分解转化;根据显微组织与性能的关系提出了相对合适的回火工艺。Abstract: The effects of tempering temperature on microstructures in STE355 steels after welding has been investigated. The simulated weld HAZ specimens were produced by applying single-pass and multi-pass welding thermal cycle respectively with a peak temperature of 1320℃.then were tempered by soaking for 1. 5 hours at 500-620℃ The microstructure changes in specimens,especially the decomposition and transformation of granular bainite and M-A constituent at different tempering temperature were observed by scanning and transmission electron microscopes. The relative proper tempering process was proposed according to the relation between microstructure and properties.
