摘要:
在实验室条件下研究了Ti+Nb-IF钢再结晶温度与时间以及退火制度对组织与性能的影响。实验结果表明:Ti+Nb-IF钢再结晶开始温度为680℃,在800℃退火温度下,再结晶完成时间为60 s。当退火温度为870℃时,综合力学性能最好,其抗拉强度为313 MPa,屈服强度为156 MPa,伸长率50.8%,n值为0.281,r值为2.07。退火织构特征表现为较强的γ纤维织构和较弱的α纤维织构,γ纤维织构主要为{111}〈110〉和{111}〈112〉,最强织构组分在{111}〈112〉。
Abstract:
Under the laboratory conditions,the crystallizing regulation and the effect of annealing process on the properties and structure of Nb+Ti-IF steel were studied,the experiment showed that:the starting crystallization temperature of IF steel is 680℃, under 800℃ constant temperature conditions,the time of finished crystallization is 60 seconds.Taken together,when the annealing temperature is 870℃,we get the excellent properties:tensile strength is 313 MPa,yield strength is 156 MPa,elongation is 50.8%,n-value is 0.281, r-value is 2.07. The annealing texture is made of strong γ fiber and weak a fiber texture,γ-fiber texture is mostly composed of {111}〈110〉texture and {111}〈112〉texture, {111}〈112〉texture is dominant.
