退火工艺对冷轧深冲板组织和性能的影响
EFFECTS OF ANNEALING CONDITIONS ON MICROSTRUCTURES AND PROPERTIES OF 08Al COLD-ROLLED DEEP DRAWING SHEET STEEL

摘要: 在实验室条件下,测定了08AI深冲钢的再结晶温度;研究了罩式退火时500~710℃间加热速度和710℃的保温时间对深冲板组织、性能和再结晶织构的影响;提出了有利于提高08AI深冲性能的退火工艺条件。Abstract: Under the laboratory conditions,the recrystallization temperature of P08AI deep drawing sheet steel was determined,and effects of both heating rate between 500℃ and 710℃ during batch annealing and holding time at 710℃ on microstructures,properties and recrystallization textures were investigated. Annealing conditions beneficial to improve drawing properties of 08Al sheet steel were further put forward.
