RESEARCH ON INCREASING TiO2 RECOVERY PERCENT ON MAIN MANUFACTURING PROCESS AT TITANIUM RECOVERY PLANT OF PZH STEEL

摘要: 针对攀钢选钛厂主流程(粗粒选矿)和微矿流程(细粒选矿)TiO2总回收率不到21%的现状,就主流程生产过程中的磁性矿物对重选精矿钛回收率的影响、除铁位置的选择以及除铁设备进行了试验研究,从除铁角度提出了提高主流程TiO2回收率的措施。Abstract: According to the situation of total TiO2 recovery percent being lower 21% in the main manufacturing process (coarse ore dressing) and tiny ore manufacturing process (tiny ore dressing) at Titanium Recovery Plant of PZH Steel, the effect of magnetic mineral on TiO2 recovery percent from gravity concentrate was investigated. The choice of suitable iron removal position and equipment was discussed. The measures of increasing TiO2 recovery percent on main manufacturing process are put forward considering the iron removal.
