提高钒钛铁精矿品位及其对高炉生产的影响
IMPROVEMENT OF CONCENTRATE GRADE OF VANADIC TITANOMAGNETITE AND ITS EFFECTON OPERATION OF BLAST FURNACE

摘要: 提高攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿品位和降低TiO2含量的试验研究结果表明,通过对现攀枝花钒钛磁铁精矿进行脱磁-再磨-磁选,可以将钒钛磁铁矿精矿品位提高到55% TFe以上,而精矿中的TiO2含量仅提高0-16个百分点,使实际进入高炉的TiO2总量降低7%。通过计算,在保证高炉渣中TiO2含量<25%条件下,通过配矿可使烧结矿品位提高到49%,对降低高炉渣量、提高高炉产量、降低焦比均有显著效果。Abstract: Experimental results of improvement of Panzhihua vanadic titanomagnetite concentrate grade and reduction of TiO2 grade indicate that the concentrate grade of vanadic titanomagnetite can be increased to over 55% TFe, while TiO2 grade is only increased by 0.16% and total amount of TiO2 into blast furnace is decreased by 7% through demagnetization-regrinding-magnetic separation for the existing Panzhihua vanadic titanomagnetite concentrate.Under the conditions of TiO2 content < 25% in blast furnace slag sinter grade can be increased to 49% with ore matching by means of calculation, which has some outstanding effects on the reduction of slag volume, the improvement of blast furnace productivity and the reduction of coke rate.
