铁水硫含量与脱硫炼钢系统生产成本的关系
RELATION BETWEEN SULPHUR CONTENT IN HOT METAL AND FINAL COST IN DESULPHURIZING-STEELMAKING PROCESSES

摘要: 通过对攀钢铁水硫含量及脱硫炼钢系统的原材料消耗进行全面调查(试验数据采用"样本子集"的数据统计方法进行处理),提出了增加脱硫车间的铁水处理量、优化脱硫工艺,转炉采用活性石灰、少渣炼钢工艺等措施,可大幅度降低炼钢成本。Abstract: The sulphur content in hot metal and the consumption of raw materials in hot metal desulphurizing steelmaking processes have been investigated. The so called "sample part mean" method was used in data processing. The results indicate that the final cost can be greatly decreased by increasing the production capacity of desulphurizing station,optimizing desulphurizing process,and using active lime and slag less operation in steelmaking process.
