Dissolution Behavior of Nb,Ti Carbonitride Precipitates in Low Carbon Microalloyed Steel

摘要: 利用透射电镜和X射线衍射技术研究了一种低碳微合金钢中Nb、Ti碳氮化物的回溶行为。研究结果表明,随着加热温度的升高,保温时间的延长,第二相粒子发生回溶,第二相粒子的数量减少,尺寸也逐渐变细小。同时,粒子形貌由主要呈近球形逐渐变为主要呈方形。加热过程中,Nb和Ti的碳氮化物均会发生溶解,Nb的回溶速度要比Ti快。Abstract: Dissolution behavior of Nb,Ti carbonitride precipitates in low carbon microalloyed steel was studied by use of TEM and EDX.It is found that with the heating temperature rising and hold time increasing,the second-phase particles dissolve.The dimension of the second-phase particles becomes finer and the number of them is decreasing gradually.At the same time,morphologies of particles become the near cuboid form from the like sphere.Both Nb,Ti carbonitride precipitates will dissolve,and the dissolving rate of Nb is faster than that of Ti.
