The Latest Developments of Integrated Utilization on Panzhihua High Titanium-bearing BF Slag

摘要: 介绍了针对攀枝花高钛型高炉渣开展的以提取钛元素为目的的"冶金改性处理选择性析出分离"、"高温碳化-低温选择性氯化制取TiCl4"、"等离子熔融还原制备钛硅合金"、"直接选钛",以及不提取钛元素的"制取新型矿棉" 等5条技术路线近期的工作进展、存在的问题,并展望了各工艺的发展前景。指出攀枝花高钛型高炉渣综合利用的理想模式应是技术路线的多元化、产品的多样化。Abstract: The latest research on Panzhihua high titanium-bearing BF slag as "selective enrichment and separation after metallurgic modified","preparation of TiCl4 by high temperature carbonization and low temperature selective chlorination","preparation of Ti-Si alloy by plasma smelting reduction","directmineral separation of titanium",and "preparation of new mineral wool" were presented.The difficulties were analysed and the prospects were forecasted.Proposed an ideal mode for this research is diversification of technology and products.
