Study on High Temperature Smelting Hydrogen Metallurgy

摘要: 通过热力学计算,对不同模式下用氢气取代碳以减轻熔炼炉下部热负荷的可行性进行了研究。计算结果表明:对于现有的铁浴法熔融还原工艺,向铁浴炉下部喷吹氢气,不能降低还原区的热负荷;如果改变现有流程,通过减少喷煤量和增加氢气喷吹量,使C:O小于1:1能够达到减轻铁浴炉下部还原所需热负荷的目的;全氢熔态还原可以实现绿色冶金,但有待进一步开发。Abstract: It was studied by thermodynamics calculation in different patterns that the feasibility of decreasing the heat burden of melting furnace by blowing hydrogen to replace C as reducing agent in this paper.The results showed that the heat burden of melting furnace can't be reduced by blowing hydrogen for the current smelting reduction processes,but it can be realized by modifying the current smelting reduction processes by reducing the quantity of coal injection and increasing the quantity of hydrogen injection to make the C:0 lessthan 1:1.Exclusive-hydrogen smelting reduction can realize green metallurgy,but it should be further developed.
