Continuous Cooling Transformation of a Kind of Nb-Ti Microalloyed Steel

摘要: 利用MMS-200热模拟试验机对试验钢进行不同变形条件下的连续冷却转变试验。针对不同的冷却速度,采用热膨胀法结合金相法测定试验钢在连续冷却转变中的相变温度,利用光学显微镜及扫描电镜观察试样的显微组织,并测定珠光体的含量,进而绘制出试验钢在变形和未变形条件下的连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线,从而得出不同变形工艺对微合金钢连续冷却转变行为和显微组织的影响规律。Abstract: Continuous cooling transformation(CCT) tests at different deformation condition are carried out on the MMS-200 thermal simulator.Phase transition temperature of the tested steels at different cooling rates are determined through thermal expansion method combined with metallographic method.The percentage content of pearlite is defined and microstructure of test steel is observed in utilization of optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Continuous cooling transformation(CCT) curve of the tested steel under deforming and non-deforming condition is drawn afterwards,and finally the effect of different deformation process on continuous cooling transformation behavior and microstructure of microalloyed steel is concluded.
