STUDY OF DISCONTINUOUS LEACHING PROCESS FOR VANADIUM BEARING CLINKER

摘要: 介绍了攀钢转炉钒渣焙烧熟料间歇式浸出生产V2O3的工艺,对影响钒浸出率的温度,浸泡时间,浸、洗次数进行了研究。工业生产表明:浸洗后残渣中SV降至0.1%以下,浸出液含钒浓度达到下步工序的要求。Abstract: The discontinuous roasted clinker leaching process for V2O3 production from converter vanadium bearing slag was introduced,The factors (temperature, time, number of times for leaching and washing)influencing leaching percentage were investigated. The results obtained from industrial production show the vanadium content in leaching solution can meet the requirement of the down stream process when the SV content in the residue after leaching and washing is decreased to <0 1%.
