摘要: 高速钢轧辊具有硬度高、红硬性好、耐磨性好等特点, 在轧钢行业获得了广泛应用。在介绍了高速钢轧辊的成分、组织和性能基础上, 详细介绍了高速钢轧辊制造方法, 并对不同制造方法的特点进行了评述, 还介绍了高速钢轧辊的应用效果以及高速钢轧辊使用中的注意问题, 并展望了高速钢轧辊的研究与发展方向。Abstract: High speed steel roll has the characteristics of high hardness, good red hardness and excellent wear-resistance, is widely used in steel rolling industry. The composition, microstructures and properties of high speed steel rolls are simply reviewed.The manufacture methods of high speed steel rolls are particularly discussed and the characteristics of different methods are commented. The service effects of high speed steel roll and the problems existing in the use of high speed steel roll are discussed, researching and developing direction of high speed steel roll is also forecasted.
