Abstract: The function of alloy elements in dot graphite alloy cast iron is presented, and the effect of alloy elements on heat analysis curve of dot graphite alloy cast iron is discussed. The steady-quality molds of dot graphite alloy cast iron was produced by adjusting the chemical compositions, controlling the crystal temperature range of new austenite and the eutectic reaction temperature. The rigidity of mold is evenly and meets the user's demand.
