RESEARCH ON DOT GRAPHITE ALLOY CAST IRON MATERIALS FOR MOULDS

摘要: 分析了合金元素的功能及对点状石墨合金铸铁热分析曲线的影响,通过调整点状石墨合金铸铁的化学组分,控制初生奥氏体结晶温度区间和共晶转变温度,生产出硬度满足使用要求,且分布均匀,质量稳定的点状石墨合金铸铁模具。Abstract: The function of alloy elements in dot graphite alloy cast iron is presented, and the effect of alloy elements on heat analysis curve of dot graphite alloy cast iron is discussed. The steady-quality molds of dot graphite alloy cast iron was produced by adjusting the chemical compositions, controlling the crystal temperature range of new austenite and the eutectic reaction temperature. The rigidity of mold is evenly and meets the user's demand.
