STUDY ON DYNAMICAL MECHANISM IN BLAST FURNACE RACEWAY

摘要: 回旋区机理研究可以为高炉操作提供有效的理论依据。在相似理论的基础上建立了回旋区三维冷态试验模型,应用三维激光粒子动态分析仪(ParticleDynamicAnalyzer,PDA)对模型内流场气体、颗粒的时均速度和脉动速度等物理参量进行了测量,试验发现涡流中心主速度梯度变化较大,为进一步研究高炉回旋区机理提供了大量有参考价值的数据。Abstract: Studying on the raceway mechanism can provide theory basis for the blast furnace operation. A cold state tridimensional model about raceway was built based on the similarity theory. Using tridimensional laser particle dynamic analyzer (PDA), the mean and pulsate velocity of gas and particle and other physical parameters in the model turbulent flow field were measured. It was found that the main velocity gradient changed rapidly in the vortex core. The experiments provided plentiful, referential and valuable data for the further study on the raceway mechanism.
