EFFECT OF MICROALLOY ELEMENT Cr ON MICROSTRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF HIGH-CARBON STEEL WIRE

摘要: 研究了微合金元素Cr对高碳钢线材组织性能的影响以及Cr元素的合理加入量,结果表明,微合金元素Cr的加入优化了材料组织构成,减少了组织中先共析铁素体含量,增加了索氏体含量,使线材抗拉强度增加75~100MPa,综合性能得到提高,Cr元素合理加入量应控制在0.18%~0.24%范围内。Abstract: The effect of microalloying element Cr on microstructure and mechanical properties of high-carbon steel wire and the reasonable content of Cr in steel were investigated. The results show that the microstructure of steel is optimized with the Cr added,the content of pre-eutectoid ferrite in metallographic structure reduce,the content of sorbite increase,and the tensile strength of wire increase 75~100 MPa. The comprehensive performance of high-carbon steel wire is improved and the reasonable content of Cr is within the range of 0.18%~0.24%.
