摘要: 针对热轧酸洗板的生产工艺特点,以带材前张应力横向分布均匀和辊间接触压力分布均匀作为目标函数,建立了一套针对热轧酸洗板平整机辊型优化的数学模型,并将其应用到攀钢热轧酸洗板平整机组中,提高了热轧酸洗板的平整质量。

Abstract: According to the technological conditions of hot-rolled pickled plate,a mathematic model is constructed to optimize the roll shape of temper mill,in which the distribution uniformity of the front tension in transverse and the contact pressure between mils is taken as the objective function.The model has been used to optimize the roll shape of temper mill for hot-rolled pickled plate in PZH Steel,and the quality of hot-rolled pickled plate is improved.
