The precipitating agent(NH4)2SO4 is added to the solution containing high concentrate(V30g/L) sodium vanadate to from ammonium polyvanadate. The process conditions for ammonium polyvanadate precipitating form the solution and their in fluence on the quality of V2O5 product have been studied. Based on results obtained from laboratory tests,it was found that the precipitating rate is more than 99%,the quality of V2O5 product conforms to GB3283-87 standard.
