Vanadium dioxide is a kind of thermochromic materials and can undergo reversible thermal-induced semiconductor-metal transition,so it can be used in many fields. Many kinds of preparation methods of vanadium dioxide powder were summarized,and the tendency of the technique for preparing vanadium dioxide powder was pointed out.
