The technical process of production FeV50 by electrosilicothermal method using vanadium trioxide as raw materials was introduced. The effect of silicon match coefficient and slag composition on FeV50 ferrovanadium smelting was discussed. It is concluded that the ferrovanadium based on GB4139-87 standard can be fluently produced under the test selected conditions,and the average recovery rate of vanadium reaches 96.84%。
