Preparation of Vanadium Based Hydrogen Storage Battery Alloy by Intelligent Controlled Self Propagating

摘要: 对钒基储氢电池合金的自蔓延制备工艺进行了智能控制,并进行了常规PID控制和智能PID控制的比较。结果表明:与常规PID控制相比,智能控制下合金的腐蚀电位正移了105 mV,经30次充放电循环后的放电容量衰减率减小了17个百分点,智能PID控制能够有效地提高试样的电化学耐腐蚀性能和电化学稳定性能。Abstract: In this paper,the self propagating process for preparation of the vanadium based hydrogen storage battery alloy was controlled intelligently,and the comparison between the conventional PID control and the intelligent PID control was carried out.The results show that compared with the sample by conventional PID control,corrosion potential of the alloy by intelligent PID control positively shifts by 105 mV,and the decay rate of discharge capacity after 30 cycles is reduced by 17%.PID intelligent control can effectively improve the electrochemical corrosion resistance and electrochemical stability of the vanadium based hydrogen storage battery alloy.
