攀钢V2O5弃渣中金属镓的提取研究

摘要: 阐述了以攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿经提取V2O5后的弃渣为原料,采取还原熔炼、铁电解、酸浸、萃取、锌电解等工艺过程,可生产金属镓及电解纯铁产品,该工艺流程的试验成功为含铁矿物提取金属稼创出一条新路。Abstract: The process in which the vanadium residue produced from the extraction of V2O5 from panzhihua V-bearing titanomagnetite is used as the raw material to manufacture metallic gallium and electrolytic pure iron is presented. The reduction smelting, iron electrolysis, acid leaching, extraction and gallium electrolysis were incorporated in the process. The successful trial provides a new way to extract metallic gallium from iron-bearing minerals.
