Theoretical Calculation for Equilibrium Solubilities and Compositional Coefficient of Titanium Carbonitrides in Ti-bearing Microalloyed Steel

摘要: 根据相关热力学理论,提出了钛微合金钢中钛、碳、氮元素在奥氏体中的平衡固溶量及平衡沉淀析出的碳氮化钛的化学式系数的理论计算方法,对典型化学成分的钛微合金钢进行了理论计算并对计算结果进行了分析。结果表明,通常情况下在较高温度析出或未溶的碳氮化钛相当接近于TiN。Abstract: According to the thermal-mechanical theory and the solubility formulae of TiN and TiC in austenite,the theoretical calculating methods for the solubility of Ti,C and N in austenite and for the compositional coefficient of Ti(C,N) in Ti-bearing microalloyed steel were proposed.The calculations for the typical Ti-bearing steels were carried out.and the calculating results show that the titanium carbonitrides undissolved or precipitated at high temperature are very similar to the pure TiN.
