STUDY ON APPLICATION OF RUTILE NANOMETER TITANIA IN PAINT

摘要: 对比了紫外线吸收剂CIBA5151和经过无机、有机处理后的金红石纳米二氧化钛对涂料综合性能的影响,着重讨论了金红石纳米TiO2添加量对涂料附着力、柔韧性、抗冲击能力、抗老化等性能的影响。结果表明,在涂料中添加适量的金红石纳米TiO2可以提高其抗老化、力学性能指标。Abstract: The effects of ultraviolet ray absorption agent CIBA5151 and rutile nanometer titania which were coated with a film of organic or inorganic compound on the properties of paint were compared. In the course, the influences of the addition amount of rutile nanometer titania against the cohesion,flexibility, impact resistance and ageing resistance of the paint was mainly concentrated on. It shows that adding suitable amount of rutile nanometer titania can improve ageing resistance and mechanics properties of paint.
