摘要: 通过实测板坯表面温度和凝固坯壳厚度,得出了各冷却区的平均换热系数和综合凝固系数。结合各种影响因素,评价了现有铸机的二冷技术现状,为二冷制度的优化和铸机的高效化生产提供了重要依据。Abstract: Based on measurement of strand surface temperature and solidified shell thickness, the average heat exchange coefficient and general solidification coefficient in various secondary cooling zones were obtained The state-of-art of secondary cooling was evaluated considering various factors The results obtained form an important basis for optimization of secondary cooling schedule and improvement of caster efficiency.
