AN INVESTIGATION ON MELTING FERROTITANIUM PROCESS IN THERMITE METHOD

摘要: 探讨了采用铝热法、以金红石为原料生产65%~75%高钛铁的冶炼工艺,经20kg级(100kg级)、200kg级和500kg级等三个阶段试验,取得了较佳工艺技术条件和较好的技术指标,生产出含钛73.77%的高钛铁,钛的回收率为78.83%,并对试验影响因素进行了分析讨论。试验证明,以金红石为原料、采用铝热法冶炼高钛铁在技术上是可行的。Abstract: Melting 65%~75% Ti ferrotitanium process with rutile in thermite method was discussed.The optimum technical condition and index of production of 73.77% Ti ferrotitanium as the titanium recovery of 78.83% were obtained through the three experiments of levels 20 kg,200 kg and 500 kg and the influence factors in the test was discussed. As the result,it is possible to melting ferrotitanium with rutile in thermite method.
