连铸钢水吹氩工艺研究
STUDY ON ARGON BLOWING TECHNOLOGY FOR CONTINUOUS CASTING STEEL

摘要: 为考察顶吹氩、底侧吹氩及底吹氩的冶金效果,分别进行了三种吹氩工艺的对比试验。结果表明,底侧吹氩和底吹氩工艺的冶金效果均优于顶吹氩工艺,钢水质量均能满足连铸要求。Abstract: Comparative experiments were conducted to investigate the metallurgical, effects of top,bottom side and bottom argon blowing techniques. The experiments suggest that both bottom and bottom side argon blowing techniques provide better metallurgical effects than top blowing process, obtaining steel quality satisfactory to continuous casting requirements.
