多膛炉焙烧转炉钒渣炉料结构的优化

摘要: 针对攀钢五氧化二钒生产中多膛炉的入炉料结构不合理。常发生粘耙和粘结的现状,进行了炉料结构的优化,使多膛炉在≤800℃温度下焙烧炉况颇行,为提高转炉钒渣焙烧转化率提供了必要的条件。Abstract: Because the burden constituents is not rational in roasting vanadium slag produced in converter in multi-hearth roaster, there are problems such as rake adhering and material adhesion.Therefore, the optimization of burden constituents was conducted, making it smooth to roast the vanadium slag in multi-hearth roaster at≤800℃. which is benefit to improve recovery of vanadium in the slag roasted.
