碳化硅中游离硅（Sif）的测定
DETERMINATION OF FREE SILICON IN SILICONCARBIDE

摘要: 在前人工作的基础上,用NaOH浸取碳化硅提温剂中游高硅(Sif).用比色法测定硅的含量,取得了满意的效果,测定范围:Sif=0.1%~1.0%,相对标准偏差0.03%。Abstract: Based on the docuzmented research work,tests were conducted to selectively separate the free silicon from the siliconcarbide with NaOH,Then the content of Sif was determined using the colorimetric method.Good results were obtained as the relative standard deviation of determination for 0.1%~1.0% Sif reached 0.03%.
