高炉钛矿渣直流电硅热法制取硅钛铁合金时TiO2的还原

摘要: 研究了直流电炉作用下渣中TiO2还原的物理化学现象,认为直流电硅热法冶炼硅钛铁合金时渣中TiO2的还原是通过硅热还原、电解还原、碳热还原、重力沉降、金属液滴电泳沉降及熔他的对流运动达到的。在实验条件下进行了高炉钛矿渣电解、硅热法、直流电硅热法冶炼硅钦铁合金的试验,得到了三种条件下渣中TiO2的还原规律。实验结果表明,直流电硅热法冶炼硅钛铁合金时渣中TiO2的还原速度、还原反应速度常数、合金收得率、钛回收率等均比硅热法时大。Abstract: It is studied in this paper that the physico-chemical phenomena of TiO2 reduction in molten slag under the influence of D. C., and TiO2 reduction in smelting Si-Ti ferroalloy using slag containing titania by D. C. silicothermic process is referred to due to silicothermic reduction, electrolysis, carbothermic reduction, gravity settling, electrophoresis of metal drops and convection in melting bath. Under the experimental conditions it is conducted to smelt Si-Ti ferroalloy using titanium-bearing slags from blast furnace by electrolysis, silicothermic process and D. C. silicothermic process, and TiO2 reduction laws in slags under three conditions is achieved. It is shown that the reduction rate, reduction reaction rate constant, metal recovery and titanium recovery by D. C. silicothermic process is higher than that by silicothermic process.
