攀钢转炉提钒工艺的开发与优化
DEVELOPMENT AND OPTIMIZATION OF CONVERTER V-RECOVERING PROCESS AT PANGANG

摘要: 针对攀钢低钒铁水特征及转炉提钒工艺现状,通过对攀钢转炉提钒工艺的系统开发与优化,使转炉提钒工艺技术指标大幅度提高,即钒回收率80.9%,钒氧化率90.4%,半钢收得率9394%;文中还分析了转炉提钒过程中主要元素的氧化特征。Abstract: In accordance with the characteristics of low vanadium bearing hot metal and the present situation of converter V-recovering process, the technical indexes of converter V-recovering process, i. e. V-recovery rate of 80.9% and V-oxidizing rate 90.4% as well as semi-steel yield rate 93.94% are largely improved through the systematic development and optimization of converter V-recovering process at Pangang. The oxidizing characteristic of key elements during vanadium recovering in converter is also studied in this paper.
