含钛炉渣冶炼硅钛铁合金时渣中TiO2贫化规律

摘要: 研究了含钛炉渣电热法冶炼硅钛铁合金时渣中TiO2的贫化规律;计算了以硅铝铁作还原剂冶炼硅钛铁合金时渣中TiO2含量与冶炼时间、还原剂配入量之间的关系;试验结果与理论计算一致。Abstract: In this paper, the impoverishment law of titanium dioxide in the molten slag is established for smelting Si-Ti ferroalloy using the titanium-bearing slag with electrothermic process. By calculation the relation is determined between TiO2 concentration in the molten slag and the smelting time, the amount of reductant when smelting Si-Ti ferroalloy using Si-Al ferroalloy as reductant. The experimental results agree with the calculation.
