电弧炉熔炼钛渣的物相组成及其与酸溶性的关系
EFFECT OF THE CONSTITUENTS OF THE ELECTRIC ARC FURNACE SLAGS CONTAINING TITANIA ON THEIR ACID-SOLUBILITY

摘要: 电弧炉熔分金属化率大于90%的球团,所得钛渣的∑Ti2O3/∑TiO2在0.3~0.5,其酸解率较高。这是因为渣中有更多的黑钛石m[(Mg,Fe,Mn)O·2TiO2]·n[(Ti,Al)2O3·TiO2],而黑钛石易于被酸溶解。若钛渣中有MgTi2O5型黑钛石,则可提高酸解率。Abstract: The pellets with metallization >90%are smeLted in an electric arc furnace,Then the titania-rich slag are separated.A acidlysis percent of the slags with ∑Ti2O3/∑TiO2O·3~0.5is higher because there are more anosovite,m[(Mg, Fe, Mn)O· 2TiO2]·n[(Ti,Al)2O3·TiO2]which is casy acid soluble in the slags. When titania-rich slag contains MgTi2O5 anosovite,the acidolysis percent can be increased.
