摘要: 介绍了马钢钒氮微合金化HRB400钢筋的工业试制情况。研究了钒氮微合金化对钢筋性能的影响,分析了微合金化工艺与钢筋显微组织及增氮、节钒效果的关系。研究表明:马钢钒氮微合金化HRB400钢筋的生产工艺稳定、可靠,试制的HRB400钢筋的性能不仅满足要求,且波动小、强屈比高。Abstract: The commercial trial-production of V-N microalloyed HRB400 reinforced bar in Magang is Presented.The influence of V-N microalloying on the property of reinforced bar are studied.The relations among microalloying process and microstructure of reinforced bar,nitrogen-enhancing,Strengthenlng are analyzed.The result shows that the process technique used by Magang to produce the microalloyed HRB400 reinforced bar is stable and reliable.The property of trial-produced HRB400 reinforced bar not only can meet the quality requirements,but also has stability and high ratio of tensile to YS.
