WHC1000-S3联合机床液压系统磨损工况监测
INVESTIGATION OF WEAR CONDITION MONITORING IN IYDRAULIC SYSTEM OF WHC 1000-S3 UNITE MACHINE TOOL

摘要: 应用铁谱技术对攀钢轨梁厂由西德引进的WHC-1000S3联合机床液压系统进行工况监测。通过4年多的监测,对该设备出现的异常磨损作出了成功的早期预报,指出工况劣化的主要原因是液压油变质。并对该系统的磨粒类型和油变质物的基本性态与设备磨损情况的关系进行了初步探讨。Abstract: Condition in hydraulic system of WHC 1000-S3 unite machine tool imported from west germany in Rail-beam Plant of P.G has been monitorted by ferrography. Abnormal wear of the equipment has been early forecasted successfully by monitoring four years. Hydraulic oil of poor quality is the main reason of the worst condition has been pointed out. The relation between the wear condition of equipment and wear particle type oil deteriorating has been preliminary studied.
