EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON REDUCING FLUORITE CONTENT OF CALCIUM DEPHOSPHORIZING FLUX

摘要: 采用CaO-Fe2O3-CaF2系熔剂进行铁水预处理脱磷的实验研究,在脱磷剂中分别配加CaO,Al2O3和Na2CO3,从而不同程度提高了脱磷率。实验结果表明:用Al2O3替代部分CaF2,终点[P]含量可以控制在0.003%~0.006%的水平,脱磷率高达90%以上。

Abstract: The experimental study on dephosphorization for hot metal pretreatment by CaO-Fe2O3-CaF2 flux was performed. By adding CaO, Al2O3 and Na2CO3 into dephosphorizing flux, the dephosphorization rate is somewhat increased. The results show that by using Al2O3 substituting for some CaF2, the content of final phosphorus in hot metal can be controlled to be 0.003%~0.006%, and the dephosphorization rate exceeds 90%.-
