NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF TEMPERATURE FIELD AND STRESS FIELD FOR COLD ROLLED COIL IN BELL TYPE ANNEALING

摘要: 温度和热应力是罩式退火过程中的两个重要参数。分别采用有限差分法和有限元法建立了钢卷退火过程中温度场及应力场计算模型,从理论上定量研究退火钢卷温度和热应力变化过程,并与实测温度曲线进行比较,得出退火过程各阶段钢卷温度和热应力分布规律,对冷轧钢卷罩式退火工艺优化具有指导意义。Abstract: The temperature and thermal stresses are important parameters in the process of bell type annealing. The computational models of the temperature fields and stresses fields in the bell type annealing process were established by the methods of the finite difference method and the finite element method. The change event of temperature and thermal stresses in coils are quantitatively analyzed and compared with the measured results. The distribution regularities of temperature and thermal stresses in the process of bell type annealing are arrived at. This work could be a guidance for the optimization of annealing practice.
