研究了在工业纯铁中加入少量的合金元素和适量的Ti,探索非真空条件下IF钢的冶炼方法以及Ti对IF钢性能的影响。在实验条件下进行了感应沪冶炼,经热轧、冷轧、时效分析、n值和织构的测试试验,得到了符合IF钢特性的试验钢。试验结果表明,感应炉冶炼的0.03%C,0.189%Ti试验钢无时效性,具有高n值和较好的深冲性能,并具有强的有利织构,其深冲性能高于08Al钢。结果还表明有效Ti稍大于0.02%为宜。
Abstract:
A small amount of alloying elements and adequate titanium were added to the Armcoiron to investigate the smelting methods of IF steel under non-vacuum conditions and effects of titanium on the properties of IF steel. The trial steel smelted in the induction furnace, hot and cold rolled, and subject to aging analysis, test in $\bar{r}, n$ and texture, was proved to comform with the properties of IF steel. Test results suggest that the trial steel smelted by the induction furnace and containing 0.03%C and 0.189% Ti exhibits no aging behavior, enjoys higher $\bar{r}$ and $n$ value, better deep-drawing property than 08Al steel, and shows favorable texture. It is also indicated that real titanium should be slightly over 0.02%.
