Characteristics of the Shell with Sticking Breakout Problem and Temperature Variation of the Mold’s Thermocouple in Slab Casting

摘要: 为了研究板坯粘结漏钢的机理和预防粘结漏钢的发生,分析了粘结漏钢后凝固坯壳的厚度、裂纹形貌和表面振痕等特点,建立了初生凝固坯壳受力的数学模型,研究了正常生产及粘结漏钢前后结晶器热电偶温度变化规律。总结出粘结漏钢坯壳的典型特征,确立了保护渣性质、拉速、振动参数等对粘结的作用,得到粘结的热电偶温度变化特征,为漏钢预报系统的优化提供参考。Abstract: In order to study the formation mechanism of sticking breakout in slab and prevent its occurrence,main characteristics such as thickness,crack and oscillation mark of the solidified shell are analyzed.A mathematical model simulating the acting force on primary solidified shell is developed.Based on the measured mold temperature data in slab continuous casting,characteristics of temperature variation in the mold under normal and abnormal conditions are analyzed.Typical characteristics of the shell with sticking breakout problem are summarized,and the factors leading to this type of breakout are discussed,such as the properties of protecting slag,casting speed and oscillation parameter.Temperature variation characteristics of the thermocouple in the sticking process are concluded and the results can provide guidance for the sticking breakout prediction.
