KEY TECHNOLOGIES FOR BLOOM CONTINUOUS CASTING AND ITS APPLICATION

摘要: 简述了攀钢大方坯连铸结晶器电磁搅拌技术、二冷控制技术和凝固末端动态轻压下技术在重轨钢连铸中的应用效果。生产统计表明,铸坯表面无清理率达到100%,中心疏松≤1.0级,中心偏析≤1.0级,中心缩孔≤0.5级,中心碳偏析指数≤1.05,等轴晶率≥38%,为攀钢生产高速铁路用钢轨提供了合格铸坯。Abstract: The key technologies, such as M-EMS, secondary cooling scheme, dynamic soft reduction, and its application to bloom continuous casting for heavy rail steel were presented. The operation shows that the defect-free blooms achieve 100% of total blooms produced from CC, center looseness and central segregation are ≤1.0, while, central shrinkage cavity is ≤0.5, central segregation index of carbon is ≤1.05, and the ratio of equiaxed zone is ≥38%. The qualified blooms are delivered to produce rail for high-speed tracks.
