攀钢高炉出铁沟沟泥材质的改进

摘要: 介绍了选择Al2O3-SiC-C质沟泥材质的依据及在实验室研制该材质的配方。试制沟泥经现场对比试验结果表明,通铁量和使用寿命均是攀钢自产沟泥的三倍,而沟泥的单耗仅是自产沟泥的三分之一,与国内先进(同档次)沟泥(华新、首钢)相比,水平持平,并具有明显的社会效益及经济效益。Abstract: Theoritical investigation has been conduted on the Al2O3-SiC-C refractory material used for iron runner and its ingredients have been developed in the lab. Site tests indicates that when trial material is used,the throughput of hot metal iron and service life were three time as much as those of the refractory home made in the company and a unit consumption one third of the latter,which have come up to the advanced level of the domestic steelmakers. Significant social and economic benirits can be obtained.
