STRAIN TEST AND NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF BOXY PART

摘要: 对某深冲型农用车油箱进行了应变测试,用Dynaform软件对该零件进行计算机模拟计算,对模拟结果和实测结果进行了对比,讨论了材料性能和成形工艺参数对零件成形的影响,得到了零件成形的合理工艺参数和最佳的材料性能参数(n≥0.23,r≥2.0)。Abstract: The strain of a boxy part (the fuel tank of truck) was tested. The deformation was simulated by numerical simulation using the Dynaform software. By contrasting the test and simulation results, the influence of steel plate properties and deformation parameters on the forming of part was discussed. The reliable deformation parameters and steel plate properties(n≥0.23, r≥2.0) are gained.
