水电站16Mn钢焊接压力管道断裂原因
FRACTURE ANALYSIS OF WELDED 16Mn STEEL PENSTOCK USED FOR RYDROELECTRIC POWER PLANT

摘要: 对水电站16Mn钢焊接压力管道纵向断裂和开裂的两节管节进行了断裂失效分析,并按GB1591-88《低合金结构钢》标准复验钢板的化学成分和力学性能;采用焊接热模拟技术评价焊接热影响区的缺口敏感性、冲击韧性及热应变脆化倾向;通过斜Y坡口焊接裂纹试验、实物焊接接头的力学性能检验等方法,评价了钢板的质量和焊接工艺。Abstract: The fracture failure analysis was carried out on the two lengths of fractured and cracked welded 16Mn steel penstock used for hydroelectric power plant with reference to the chemical composition and physical property of the standard steel plate of GB1591-88 for low alloy structural steel;the technique of thermal simulation for welding was adopted to evaluate the notch sensitivity,impact toughness and thermal strain embrittlement tendency of the heat affected zone; through the welding crack test of inclined Y groove,physical inspection of mechanical property of welded joint,etc,the steel plate quality and welding process were reviewed as well.
