重轨钢动态断裂韧度KId的试验研究

摘要: 采用夏比冲击试样,用摆锤式冲击试验机对重轨钢的动态断裂韧度KId进行了试验研究。用无量纲柔度法测定了重轨钢动态几何因子f(a/W)值。试验站果表明,加载速率和试验温度以及试样韧带宽度的取值范围对KId有一定影响。本试验结果对评价攀钢生产的重轨钢的动态断裂韧度具有一定参考价值.Abstract: With Sharpy impact specimen,an experimental study was carried out on the dynamic fracture toughness KId of heavy rail steel using a pendulum impact tester. The dynamic geometrical factor f(a/W) for heavy rail steel was measured with the method of dimensionless flexibility. The test result has shown that the loading rate and experimental temperature including the range of specimen's width have a considerable effect on KId. The present achievement has a certain referen-tial value for the evaluation of dynamic fracture toughness of heavy rail steel produced by Panzhi-hua Iron and steel Corp.
