摘要: 介绍了4#高炉长寿的实践经验。根据钒钛磁铁矿的冶金特性，对4#高炉炉体关键部位采取了一些重要措施，并在生产过程中开发了延长高炉寿命的操作技术，使高炉一代炉龄可望达到12年。Abstract: The practical experience for long campaign life of 4# blast furnace at Pangang was introduced.Based on the metallurgical characteristics of V-Ti-bearing magnetite, the important measures were adopted for the critical positions of furnace body of 4# blast furnace.The operating technology used for extending campaign life of blast furnace was developed in the course of production, thus coming up to 12 years campaign life.
