模拟高富氧喷煤对钒钛磁铁矿高炉冶炼中Ti,Si,V等元素行为的影响

摘要: 高炉进行全钒钛磁铁矿冶炼的难点是高钛型炉渣及铁水变稠,从而带来铁水粘罐、铁损大、脱硫效果差等。其原因是TiO2的过还原,生成了熔点极高的TiC,TiN,高度弥散分布于液态渣中,又由于其亲液性,形成乳状液。按现有生产技术水平,钒钛磁铁精矿含TiO213.5%,不能单独用来炼铁,必须配加普通矿,使高炉炉渣中TiO2含量在24%以下。本文报告了在试验室高富氧喷煤条件下,对全钒钛磁铁矿冶炼,由于CO分压的升高对Ti,Si等元素还原的影响,以寻求一种能正常进行全钒钛磁铁矿冶炼的新工艺。Abstract: The difficulty of the smelting of vanadium-bearing titaniferous magnetite in BF is that the high-titanium slag is easy to be viscous. It will result in hot metal easy to stick to the ladle,poor desulphurization and much iron loss.The reason is that titanium dioxide is overreduced to TiC TiN,which couldn't melt unless under high temperature. An experimental study on the PC injection with high oxygen enrichment has been carried out to search for a new way of ironmaking using total vanadium-bearing titaniferous magnetite in BF.
